MAGNOTRACK LLC – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MagnoTrack LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for hardware returns and refunds.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMELINE

30-Day Window: You have 30 days after receiving your physical item (GPS tracking device/hardware) to request a return.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags/labels, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt, invoice, or official proof of purchase to initiate any return.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN PROCESS
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Request the return by emailing us at support@magnotrack.com.

Shipping Label & Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. DAMAGES, ISSUES, AND EXCLUSIONS
A. Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your hardware immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
B. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Sale Items: Any products purchased under clearance, special discounts, or final sale promotions.

Gift Cards: Gift cards or promotional credits cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Subscription Services: As stated in our Terms of Use, monthly or annual software/connectivity subscription fees are non-refundable once processed.
C. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. REFUNDS PROCESSING TIMELINE

Inspection: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned hardware to confirm if the refund is approved.

Approval & Original Payment: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banking Delays: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Support: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your funds, please contact us immediately at support@magnotrack.com.
5. INTERNATIONAL RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (EUROPEAN UNION)
Notwithstanding the policy above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification (Cooling-off period).
To qualify, the item must still meet the same conditions: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
