B. GPS, Vehicle, and Platform Data (Sensitive Information)

When you activate or use our tracking devices, telematics systems, or monitoring platforms, we collect:

  • Real-time GPS location data and historical tracking history.

  • Vehicle movement, route information, ignition status, and driving activity.

  • Device identifiers, diagnostics, fleet data, and platform usage logs.

  • Retention: Tracking history and telematics records are generally retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless a different retention period is required for operational, contractual, security, or legal purposes. Magnotrack LLC does not sell GPS tracking history or precise geolocation information.

C. Automatically Collected Technical Information & Cookies

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, website/search activity, and session logs.

  • Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies, pixels, and web beacons to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and personalize content. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser, though disabling them may affect functionality.

D. Information From Third Parties

  • Authorized Fleet Users: Users associated with a fleet management system will have access to tracking data and reports connected to their authorized devices.

  • Legal Compliance & Emergency: We may disclose information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or legal requests. Magnotrack LLC may disclose information without prior notice where reasonably necessary to prevent imminent harm, fraud, or threats to public safety.

  • Security Safeguards: We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls) to protect your data. However, no electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

  • International Transfers: Our Services are primarily operated in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to your personal information being transferred, processed, and stored in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

7. EXCLUSIONS & THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMERS

  • Service Availability Disclaimer: GPS accuracy, mapping, cellular connectivity, and platform performance may vary due to environmental factors, signal interference, network coverage, or device compatibility. Magnotrack LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
